1.What is your return policy?
We offer a 15 day return policy. If there is an issue with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of submitting a refund request. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through Ninja Van’s tracking system.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship locally. We are working hard to expand our services abroad.
4. How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address or modifying an item), please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gomama.com.sg or call +65 8852 5990. We can help you adjust your order before it ships.

During checkout, there will be an option to enter your promo or discount code. Simply type in the code and click "Apply." Your discount will be reflected in your order total.

9. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@gomama.com.sg or at +65 8852 5990 with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
