Refund policy

1. Application for Returns/Refunds
Buyers may apply for a return or refund of purchased items ("Item") subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent #01-12/14, Singapore 139951
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please ensure you request a return before sending any items back to us.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
A Buyer may apply for:
a) A refund for an Item that has not been received ("Unreceived Item"); or
b) A refund and/or return for an Item received ("Received Item") under the following circumstances:
• The package received is empty or suspicious.
• The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories).
• The Item does not match the agreed specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).
• The Item is defective or faulty.
• The Item is expired.
• The Item is a counterfeit product.
• The Item sustained physical damage during delivery.
• Buyer and Seller have mutually agreed on a return/refund.
• A change of mind, provided the Item meets return conditions as specified in Section 4.
3. Application Process
For Received Items, a refund or return request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery status being updated as "Delivered." If required, the Buyer must ship the Item to the Go!Mama within seven (7) days after selecting the return shipping method.
For Unreceived Items, a refund request may be submitted when the expected delivery date has passed, or if the status has been updated as "Delivered" but the Buyer has not received the Item.
Go!Mama reserves the right to approve or deny any refund/return requests at its sole discretion.
4. Condition of Returning Item
To qualify for a return, the Item must:
• Be in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Be unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damages.
• Include all accessories and free gifts received with the purchase.
5. Return Shipping Fees
• If the return is due to Buyer’s change of mind, the Buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. This process may take up to 15 business days or longer, subject to a case-by-case review. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
9. Communication Between Buyer and Go!Mama
Go!Mama encourages Buyers to communicate directly with Go!Mama to resolve any disputes.
This Refunds and Return Policy is subject to updates and modifications at Go!Mama’s discretion. Buyers are advised to review this policy periodically.
